Payments are not refundable. If you cancel your appointment we will issue a house credit for your next visit. House credits are good for one year.

Immediate Need-to-Knows
- Appointments begin at the top of the hour; please arrive early to make the most of your appointment!
- Appointments end at the 45 minute mark. Guests are required to exit bathing areas on time so that staff can thoroughly clean the bath and soaking area, and refill the bath for the next customer.
- Bathers must be 12 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult while on the property.
- Blackstone is a 100% smoke-free and fragrance-free property. Smoking is not allowed in any of the outdoor baths. No cigarettes, vaping, incense, or the like are allowed. Adding products — oils, suds, epsom salts or the like – to the hotspring water is strictly prohibited.
- We encourage you to bring drinking water and towels. Glass containers are not allowed.
- Keep in mind that you are within hearing range of other guests. Cellphone use is prohibited except to take photos.

Hours of Availability
- Baths are open to soaks from 9am to 9pm daily. If you are soaking for 45 minutes, your appointment can begin any time between 9am and 8pm.
- If you are soaking for an hour and 45 minutes, your appointment can begin any time between 9am and 7pm.
- If you are soaking for two hours and 45 minutes, your appointment can begin any time between 9am and 6pm.
If you book a bath that extends past 8:45 and don’t let us know about the error, we will call you to change your appointment time.
